After we had our meal, we explored around the place and walked down into the streets. Along the way, we saw many demolished buildings and looked at the way how the lower-income group of the China citizens had lived: dark and crampy quarters. Hence, I am glad that I am able to live in Singapore, with a family that is not well to do, but at least able to pay for our electricity bills and my school fees. At last, after going out of the residential area, we saw shopping streets! Whole stretch of stores for you to shop til’ drop! Shopping spree!!! Going to be late for the farewell dinner organized by the WUST student leaders for all Ngee Ann students and lecturers, we rushed ourselves back to the school. In the end, after much chaotic moments, we had ourselves in to the first dining area that we had during our first night in Wuhan. Wow, from the first night till the last second last night here… And that's the end of the day. |
